Job summary

Cinterra seeks an HDD Laborer to perform physical construction labor on projects in North Carolina. You may operate hand and power tools, prepare sites, dig trenches, and remove waste materials, all while upholding safety standards.

The role requires a high school diploma or equivalent, a valid driver's license, and readiness to obtain a Class A CDL with tanker endorsement within six months. Prior directional drilling knowledge is a plus.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Knowledge of directional drilling techniques and standards is preferred.
• Must have valid driver's license and be willing and able to obtain Class A CDL with tanker endorsement within 6 months.

Responsibilities

• Ensure all work complies with installation standards and safety requirements.
• Promote and monitor team safety.
• Prepare sites for construction work procedures.
• Clean debris and hazardous materials from sites.
• Dig trenches as instructed.
• Assist in installing drill tooling and pipe.
• Place traffic signs to warn traffic of construction in process.
• Load and unload equipment from trucks.
• Fill potholes to facilitate construction.
• Train apprentices and new hires in construction labor work.
• Use hand tools to cut and shape material as per instructions.
