Job summary

Utilities One in the Pacific Northwest Region seeks an experienced Drill Operator to support HDD tasks, install underground utilities, and uphold safety on infrastructure projects across the Pacific Northwest.

The role requires at least 3 years HDD/drilling experience and a valid Class A CDL, with strong ability to read engineering plans, operate drilling equipment, and travel to multiple sites.

Qualifications

• 3+ years HDD/drilling experience required.
• Valid Class A CDL required.
• Experience with underground utility installation is a plus.
• Ability to read and interpret engineering plans.

Responsibilities

• Perform preparatory work before drilling operations.
• Operate HDD machines for underground cable installation.
• Install underground utilities, including boring and trenching.
• Operate and locate utilities using locating systems.
• Travel to job sites as needed and perform assigned tasks with high quality and professionalism.
