About the Company

ATS Welding LLC is expanding rapidly into a full‑service construction and welding company with a focus on safety and quality. Following our recent expansion into Arkansas, we are seeking qualified individuals to build out our first HDD Bore Crew.

Position Overview

We are hiring for all positions on the crew: Foreman, Drill Operator, Locator, and Laborers. We do run lean, so the foreman should anticipate either leading as the Drill Operator or as the Locator, depending on preference and experience.

Drill Operator Responsibilities

Responsible for operating HDD rigs, setting up the drilling process, and ensuring safe and efficient drilling operations. Previous experience in HDD drilling required; Ditch Witch machines preferred. Ability to pass Operator Qualifications required. CDL a plus.

Essential Skills

Knowledge of mud mixing, drilling safety, and the ability to follow directions and work as part of a team are crucial.

Physical Requirements

Some ability to travel may be required; work extended hours and potentially handle physically demanding tasks.

Qualifications

Must be able to pass a background check and drug/alcohol pre‑employment test.
