Job summary

Hayward Laboratories, Inc. is seeking a warehouse associate to join the logistics team. Primary duties include unloading/loading trucks, receiving and outbound shipments, picking orders, staging materials for production, and organizing inventory.

Candidates should have a valid driver’s license, be able to pass forklift certification, and lift 25–50 lbs repeatedly. Prior stand-up forklift and RF scanner experience is preferred, with a focus on accuracy and timely execution.

Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license or clean driving history.

• Able to lift 25–50 lbs frequently.
• Ability to work independently with high degree of accuracy.
• Unloading and loading of trucks, inventory movements, and shipping per procedures.

Responsibilities

• Perform receiving or outbound shipments and order picking.
• Stage materials for production and prepare inventory for staging or return to stock.
• Conduct cycle counts and accuracy checks on inventory.
• Maintain organization and safety in the warehouse.

Hayward Laboratories, Inc., manufacturer of Palmers personal care products, is looking for an individual to join our Warehouse team. Primary responsibilities will be unloading or loading a trucks, receiving or outbound shipments, picking an order, mass movements or issuing to production, staging material to be delivered, pulling finished goods from production, cycle counts, physical inventories, or organizing the inventory on hand.

Requirements

• Must have Valid Drivers License or clean driver history
• Will be required to pass our Forklift Certification
• Experience with stand-up Forklift and RF Scanner preferred
• Must be able to work independently with high degree of accuracy
• Unloading and loading of trucks, destructions, cycle counts, ups duties, bin to bin movements, mass movement picks and shipping using the company procedures.
• Working with production support in supplying components to the staging area, the return to stock of components and locating materials within the procedure timeframe
• Must be able to work under pressure and meet deadlines, while maintaining a positive attitude and providing exemplary customer service
