Williamson County and Cities Health District seeks a Benefits Eligibility Advisor to perform eligibility and case management tasks. This part-time role supports SNAP, SSI/SSDI, Medicaid, Medicare Part D, LIS, and MSP under the BEC model, with routine client outreach and data entry.
Responsibilities include assisting with screenings and referrals, maintaining PHI compliance, and coordinating services across WCCHD divisions and community partners.

This part-time position performs moderate (journey-level) eligibility and case management workunder the National Council on Aging (NCOA) through the Benefits Enrollment Center (BEC) model. Work involves clerical, eligibility determination, and general administrative support within the program. This position will be responsible for responding to inquiries regarding SNAP, SSI/SSDI, Medicaid, Medicare Part D and/or Low-Income Subsidy, (LIS), and the Medicare Savings Program (MSP). Works under general supervision with limited latitude for the use of initiative and independent judgment.
This is a grant-funded position with an end date of July 31, 2028. Continuation of employment beyond this date is not guaranteed.

355 Texas Avenue Round Rock, Tx 78664; This part-time position is scheduled for 25 hours per week. Operational business hours are Monday - Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM. At least one full business day per week is required in the office, with the remaining hours to be established through an agreed-upon work schedule. This position is not eligible for telework. This position may be subject to travel. Work may require occasional early morning, evening, weekend, and/or holiday hours. Extended hours may be required in the event of a public health emergency.
Job Performance Evaluation: The employee will be evaluated at least annually, but more often if performance warrants it.
