Job summary

Phoenix Home Care & Hospice is seeking an HCY Caregiver in Greenfield, MO to provide compassionate in-home care and support for clients. The role includes personal care, companionship, assistance with activities of daily living, meal preparation, mobility help, light housekeeping, and laundry.

Ideal candidates are 18+, have a valid driver’s license, reliable vehicle with insurance, can lift up to 50 lbs, and can pass background and drug screening. Flexible schedules and competitive pay offered.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Must have a valid driver’s license.
• Must drive a reliable vehicle with current auto insurance.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Pass a background check and drug test.

Responsibilities

• Provide personal care and grooming.
• Offer friendly companionship and engage in activities of daily living.
• Assist with daily living tasks and mobility.
• Prepare meals and clean up afterward.
• Provide ambulatory support as needed.
• Assist with light housekeeping (sweeping, mopping, dusting).
• Assist with laundry and clothing care.
