Job summary

Phoenix Home Care and Hospice in Stella, MO is seeking compassionate HCY caregivers to provide in-home care. You will assist with daily living activities, offer companionship, prepare meals, and help with mobility and light housekeeping to support clients in their homes.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Must have a valid driver’s license.
• Must drive a reliable vehicle with current auto insurance.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Pass a background check and drug test.

Responsibilities

• Perform personal care and grooming.
• Provide friendly companionship.
• Assist with activities of daily living.
• Prepare meals and clean up afterward.
• Support with ambulation and mobility as needed.
• Help with light housekeeping (sweeping, mopping, dusting).
