Job description

Position: HCT Behavioral Health Professional

Schedule: Part Time, roughly 15 hours per week, flexible schedule, often during after-school hours based on client’s availability. Weekends may be available but are not required.

Compensation: $25/hr

Location: Auburn, ME and Surrounding Areas!

Summary:

As a Home Based BHP, you'll work in partnership with a Master's level clinician in the home and community of a child or adolescent with a mental health diagnosis to provide support, behavioral management skills, and a path to success. Our passionate team provides staff with a positive culture and is committed to helping you achieve your career goals. Create your own schedule!

  1. Provide individualized support within the clients' personal home and surrounding community.
  2. Travel to each client’s personal home.
  3. When needed, safely transport each client into the surrounding community within your own personal, reliable vehicle.
  4. Follow the client’s treatment plan outlined and created by the client’s family and the case management team.

Qualifications:

  1. Have 90 college credits (3 years of college).
  2. Hold a valid driver’s license and proof of auto insurance.
  3. Have experience working with children with mental and behavioral health needs.
  4. Have a positive attitude and a strong work ethic.
