Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree such as MBA or MPH preferred.
• Experience leading launch-phase HCP marketing for neuromuscular or rare disease products.
• Ability to translate complex science into compelling, compliant HCP messaging.

Responsibilities

• Own HCP strategy and launch execution for DMD from pre-launch through launch and beyond.
• Define HCP segmentation and priority behaviors across adoption stages.
• Translate clinical data into HCP message strategy and prioritize evidence generation.
• Own omnichannel engagement strategy across personal and non-personal promotion.
• Build closed-loop models to test messages and optimize journeys.
• Lead cross-functional collaboration to align strategy with scientific narrative and access realities.
