You will collaborate across Marketing, Medical Affairs, and Field Teams to optimize KPIs, leverage AI-enabled workflows, and ensure timely launch milestones while traveling up to 30%.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; MBA or MPH preferred.
• 7+ years of experience in pharmaceutical or biotechnology marketing.
• Experience supporting or leading launch‑phase HCP marketing initiatives for specialty or rare disease products.

Responsibilities

• Lead the peer-to-peer education workstream and KOL engagement.
• Drive omnichannel HCP engagement and congress strategy.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to align scientific narrative with access and patient support.
• Translate clinical data into compliant HCP messaging and priorities.
