CoAd is hiring a Sales Executive to drive new business in the HCM space. You will prospect for logos, conduct compelling technical presentations, and tailor quotes to customer needs.

The role emphasizes outbound activity, strategic COI outreach, and remote/in-person closing, with growth via a broad, unsegmented territory. The ideal candidate has 1–3 years of relevant sales experience, strong CRM usage, and a proven ability to meet quotas while building enduring customer relationships.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field (preferred).
• 1–3 years selling in HCM or technical sales.
• Prospect for new logos using CRM tools like ZoomInfo and Salesforce.com.
• Build COI relationships as a steady source of referrals.
• Cold calling techniques to initiate contact with clients.
• Proven ability to acquire new customers through targeted strategies.
• Inside and outside sales experience, closing remotely or in person.
• Deliver dynamic product demos highlighting features and benefits.
• Strategic prospecting to identify and qualify leads.
• Prepare accurate quotations based on requirements and market conditions.
• Self-starter with resilience and outbound activity.
• Track record of meeting/exceeding new-business quotas.

Responsibilities

• Sell technical services, products, and systems to meet new-business targets.
• Drive new logos through cold calls and COI relationships.
• Identify and engage potential customers via strategic visits and calls.
• Create and conduct technical presentations and demos.
• Gather requirements, prepare specifications, and quotes.
• Address objections throughout the sales cycle.
• Collaborate with internal teams for product enhancements.
• Own an expansive, unsegmented sales territory and grow market.
• Represent CoAd at trade shows and networking events.
• Meet or exceed quarterly and annual quotas.
• Maintain a robust pipeline of net-new prospects.
