Job summary

Apps Associates LLC in Canada is seeking a senior Oracle HCM Cloud consultant to lead implementation engagements. The role involves gathering requirements, designing solutions, prototyping, testing, training, deployment and post go-live support, with remote work and occasional client travel.

You will partner with client stakeholders to understand challenges, design scalable HCM solutions, mentor offshore teams, and ensure governance and change management throughout the project lifecycle.

Qualifications

• Experience leading Oracle HCM Cloud implementations.
• Ability to document As-Is and To-Be state processes.
• Strong stakeholder engagement and business process design.
• Experience mentoring offshore teams and ensuring delivery quality.

Responsibilities

• Lead Oracle HCM Cloud implementation engagements across modules.
• Analyze and document current-state (As-Is) and future-state (To-Be) processes.
• Partner with client stakeholders to design scalable, innovative Oracle HCM Cloud solutions.
• Provide functional leadership and mentorship to offshore teams and junior consultants.
• Collaborate with cross-functional HCM workstreams, technical teams and project leadership.
• Facilitate client workshops and solution demonstrations throughout the project lifecycle.
• Support governance, risk, issue resolution and change management activities.

REMOTE (Some travel may be required to clients)

• Lead Oracle HCM Cloud implementation engagements, driving requirements gathering, solution design, business process design, prototyping, testing, training, deployment, and post go-live support across HCM modules
• Analyze and document current-state (As-Is) and future-state (To-Be) business processes, leveraging Oracle HCM Cloud leading practices to design scalable and efficient solutions
• Partner with client stakeholders to understand business challenges, provide strategic guidance, and develop innovative Oracle HCM Cloud solutions that align with organizational objectives
• Provide functional leadership, mentoring, and quality oversight to offshore teams and junior consultants, ensuring adherence to project standards, timelines, and deliverables
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional HCM workstreams, technical teams, and project leadership to deliver integrated, end-to-end HCM solutions that meet business and technology requirements
• Facilitate client workshops, process design sessions, and solution demonstrations, serving as a trusted advisor throughout the project lifecycle
• Support solution governance, risk mitigation, issue resolution, and change management activities to ensure successful project outcomes and client satisfaction
