UCP of Central Arizona is looking for direct care workers to help the Home & Community Based Services Program provide quality 1:1 Respite, Attendant, or Habilitation care to children and adults with physical and/or developmental disabilities.

Qualifications

Must have at least three (3) months experience in providing assistance and personal care to individuals.

And/Or

Must have at least three (3) months experience of habilitation services.

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Must be able to obtain an AZ fingerprint clearance card.
• Must pass a criminal background check.
• Provide contact information for 3 references.
• Must be able to lift and transfer members.
• Must have access to internet and phone.
• Must possess general computer skills.
• Must have vehicle to transport member when applicable and maintain current registration and auto insurance.
