Job Summary:

Acti-Kare Responsive In-Home Care is actively seeking compassionate and dedicated Caregivers, CNAs (Certified Nursing Assistants), or HCAs (Home Care Aides) with experience caring for seniors to join our award-winning team. Caregiver Compensation and Benefits:

• Competitive Pay: $21.00 - $23 per hour for HCA and CNA caregivers

Caregiver Responsibilities:

• Provide pleasant and supportive companionship
• Assist clients with ambulation and mobility around the house or outside (doctor’s appointments, walks, etc.)
• Assist clients with personal care, hygiene, dressing, and other daily living tasks
• Perform light housekeeping duties, including meal preparation
• Prepare for clients
• Report any unusual incidents to the agency, medical professionals, and family members
• Act quickly and responsibly in cases of emergency

Caregiver Requirements:

• Active CNA or HCA certification with the state of Washington, or proof of completion/enrollment in training
• Valid driver's license, auto insurance, and reliable transportation
• Ability to pass criminal background and fingerprint checks
• Ability to read, write, and follow directions in English
• U.S. work authorization (Mandatory)
• Reliability and punctuality
• Respectful, compassionate, with good bedside manner
• Excellent communication, time management, and interpersonal skills
• Physical endurance for required tasks
