Responsibilities include providing personal care, monitoring health, assisting with mobility and transportation, managing medication reminders, documenting health status, and collaborating with families and healthcare

Qualifications

• Valid HCA or CNA certification in Washington state.
• Valid TB within a year of employment.
• Experience in home care or healthcare settings preferred.
• Strong interpersonal skills and a compassionate demeanor.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license.
• Basic first aid and CPR certification is a plus.
• Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends.
• Must pass a background check and drug screening.
