Job summary

SYNERGY HomeCare is seeking a part-time caregiver to provide non-medical support in clients’ homes in Temecula, CA. The role emphasizes compassionate, person-centered care and building trusting relationships with clients and their families.

Qualifications

• HCA (Health Care Aide) certification required to work in California.
• At least 1 year of caregiving experience in a professional setting.
• A current driving record with at least 2 years of clean history.

Responsibilities

• Provide attention to clients’ non-medical needs, including companionship and personal care.
• Assist with light housekeeping, meal preparation, and medication reminders.
• Establish communication and a professional relationship with clients, family members, and co-workers.
• Provide reliable care by being punctual and consistently covering shifts.
