Job summary
Golden Years Home Care is seeking compassionate caregivers to enhance the lives of seniors in their homes in California. You will provide personal care, light housekeeping, and meal preparation, while tailoring activities to residents’ interests for meaningful engagement.
Requirements include 1 year of caregiving experience, a valid driver’s license, vaccination status, and CA Home Care Aide certification. Competitive hourly pay, sign-on bonuses, and flexible schedules are offered.

- Fully vaccinated or exemption; TB test or clear X-ray; Live Scan fingerprint.

- Assist with incontinence and dementia care, transfers, and ADLs.

- Fingerprint clearance (Live Scan)
- CA Home Care Aide (HCA) certification (can be obtained through us)
- Willing to travel up to 25 miles if needed
- Personal care, light housework, meal prep

- Incontinence and dementia care, transfers, ADLs
- $100 sign-on bonus after 30 days and 40 hours worked
- Competitive pay ($18-$20/hr)
