The HBO Billing Specialist is responsible for processing agency-bill invoicing transactions within the HUB Billing Operation (HBO) West Region. Working directly within Epic, this role receives and processes HBO activities assigned to them based on their designated Agency, Branch Code, or Profit Center. The HBO Billing Specialist partners closely with Servicers across the regional footprint to ensure complete and accurate billings, while adhering to established workflows, service standards, and quality controls. A strong communicator with a desire to learn, problem-solve, and be a proactive team player are essential to success in this role.
