Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in signal integrity and power integrity modeling and analysis.
• Deep understanding of SI/PI, electromagnetic, and transmission line theory.
• Experience with circuit simulation tools such as Keysight ADS and Synopsys HSPICE.

Responsibilities

• Conduct signal integrity channel analysis for silicon interposers.
• Support power integrity and PDN analysis, including impedance modeling.
• Automate sign-off processes and work with EDA suppliers for tool accuracy.
