Job summary

NVIDIA is seeking an experienced Manager to lead the HBM Product Development team within our Ops organization. You will guide a team responsible for bringing next-generation HBMs from NPI through manufacturing ramp and high-volume production.

You will collaborate across ASIC, system-level product development, test development, reliability, and manufacturing to drive yield improvement. Strong leadership and deep HBM knowledge are essential.

Qualifications

• MS or BS in Electrical Engineering or equivalent experience.
• 8+ years in memory product development or engineering.
• 3+ years in technical leadership and people management.
• Strong circuit-level understanding of HBM architecture and AC/DC datasheet parameters.
• Hands-on product characterization on Verigy 93K ATE platform.
• Proficiency in Python, C, or C++ with statistical data modeling.
• Experience building automation for validation, data analysis, and test workflows.
• Proven track record solving problems in a multi-functional, high-pressure environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a team of product development engineers for HBM bringup and production ramp.
• Collaborate with HBM vendors and NVIDIA teams to root-cause manufacturing failures.
• Own root-cause analysis for yield excursions and ensure smooth NPI-to-production transitions.
• Lead yield-improvement initiatives to reduce fallout across the supply chain.
• Provide structured quality feedback to suppliers and lead test audits.
• Establish data analysis frameworks, automation tooling, and statistical methods.
• Coordinate with operations on qualification, ramp readiness, and scale-up.
• Present HBM readiness status and risk assessments to leadership.
