GAL AeroStaff Ltd. - Electrical Technicians

GAL AeroStaff Ltd. is an aerospace staffing company specializing in temporary and permanent staffing for general and technical positions in the aviation and aerospace industry.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assemble, modify, and install wire bundles, conductors, and electrical components.
  • Document completed tasks accurately, maintain equipment status tags, and record critical details during installation.
  • Read and interpret schematics, wiring diagrams, assembly drawings, process specifications, and technical manuals.
  • Perform tasks across different shifts under various environmental conditions.
Qualifications:
  • Minimum of 1 year of hands-on experience in aircraft electrical assembly.
  • Familiarity with rotary or fixed-wing aircraft.
  • High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • Strong understanding of aviation electrical systems.
  • Ability to interpret technical documentation.
  • Legal right to work in the U.S. without restrictions.
Additional Details:
  • Start Date: TBD
  • Working hours: 40 hours/week, Monday to Friday, two shifts (6:00 AM - 2:00 PM and 2:00 PM - 10:00 PM)
  • Employment contract with HBAC
  • Benefits include:
    • 401(k) match of 6%
    • PTO: 0.08 hours per hour worked
    • Permanence bonus: $3,000 (Junior), $3,600 (Intermediate), $4,200 (Senior), $4,500 (Expert) annually
    • Annual wage increases of approximately 3% after the second and third years; renegotiation from the fourth year
    • Health insurance reimbursement: up to $750 (Junior), $1,000 (Intermediate), $1,500 (Senior), $2,000 (Expert) per month upon proof of payment
    • Overtime pay: +50% on top of gross wage from Monday to Saturday
