Job summary

Fuel It Refuelling LLC in Illinois seeks a responsible Fuel Delivery Driver to operate company fuel trucks and complete wheel-to-wheel and bulk fuel deliveries. The ideal candidate holds a CDL Class A or B with Hazmat and Tanker endorsements (or X), has at least 3 years of commercial driving experience, and is 25 or older for insurance.

Qualifications

• Valid CDL Class A or B with Hazmat and Tanker endorsements (or X).
• Minimum 3 years of commercial driving experience; fuel delivery a plus.
• Must be 25 years or older for insurance compliance.
• Clean driving record and ability to pass DOT drug/alcohol screening.
• Ability to lift and maneuver fuel hoses and handle physical demands.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate fuel trucks to deliver gasoline and diesel to commercial clients.
• Conduct pre- and post-trip inspections to ensure equipment is road-ready and safe.
• Load and unload fuel according to safety standards and guidelines.
• Accurately complete delivery logs, fuel meters, and client sign-offs using mobile dispatch tools.
• Follow route plans and communicate with dispatch regarding traffic, delays, or site issues.
• Provide excellent customer service during deliveries and on-site interactions.
• Adhere to DOT, OSHA, and company safety protocols; report issues promptly.
