Airgas Star, MS is seeking a Flex Fleet Driver to deliver hazardous and bulk gases across multiple states. You will perform pre/post trips, maintain equipment, and uphold Airgas safety standards while meeting KPI targets for safety, efficiency, and customer service.

This role requires flexibility for two to three weeks on the road and willingness to work across regions with evolving partner assignments. The position demands a Class A CDL with tanker and hazmat endorsements, 3+ years of

Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years old.
• HS Diploma or GED, preferred.
• Must possess a valid Class A CDL with tanker and hazmat endorsement for state of domicile Required Length & Type of Experience:
• Three (3) or more year’s prior experience as driver of tractor - trailer vehicles
• Prefered, Three (3) years of Haz-Mat or Tanker experience
• Knowledge, Skills & Abilities: Product knowledge of cryogenic, compressed and specialty gases, preferred
• Successful completion and passing of DOT written regulations and road tests
• Have the ability to work in close quarters with team partner for extended periods of time
• Computer skills or ability to improve competence

Responsabilités

• Deliver hazardous and bulk materials over long distances safely and compliantly.
• Perform pre- and post-trip inspections and report issues.
• Operate tractor-trailer equipment and maintain safe driving practices.
• Maintain Airgas safety standards and meet KPIs for safety and reliability.
• Provide courteous customer service during deliveries.
