Job summary

Reliant Tank Division is seeking experienced Class A CDL Hazmat/Tanker Drivers to transport tanker loads safely in Bakersfield, CA. You will operate tractor-trailer and tanker equipment, ensure proper loading/unloading, and comply with all DOT/FMCSA regulations.

Responsibilities include completing thorough inspections, maintaining hazmat documentation, and coordinating with dispatch while upholding strict safety standards.

Qualifications

• Valid Class A CDL with Tank Vehicle endorsement.
• Hazmat endorsement when required for assigned loads.
• Able to pass DOT drug and alcohol testing.
• Maintain DOT Medical Examiner's Certificate when required.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate tractor-trailer and tanker equipment.
• Transport hazardous and non-hazardous liquids as assigned.
• Perform thorough pre-trip and post-trip inspections of truck, tank, hoses, and fittings.
• Maintain shipping papers and hazmat documentation; follow all safety procedures.
• Report spills, leaks, or safety incidents promptly.
