CF Industries is seeking a Plant Operator to perform loading and unloading of product, maintain facilities, and support safe operations. The role requires flexible shifts, including evenings and weekends, and may involve on-call duties to align with customer demand.

Successful candidates will have a high school diploma with additional college or military training, refrigeration knowledge, and strong communication skills.

Qualifications

• High School graduate or equivalent with roughly 2 years of college, military, or related work experience.
• Ability to understand and follow operating procedures.
• Refrigeration knowledge appropriate to position level.
• HAZMAT certification (post-employment requirement).
• Strong communication and data-entry skills.
• Read, write, and comprehend English.

Responsabilités

• Load and unload product according to established procedures.
• Maintain equipment, buildings and grounds per procedures.
• Test and record refrigeration system gauge readings.
• Maintain and update manuals and records/paperwork.
• Comply with training, environmental, health and safety programs.
