Bering Straits Native Corporation (BSNC) is seeking a Material Handler / Coordinator at Patuxent River, MD. The role involves loading/unloading HAZMAT, maintaining facilities, and ensuring proper documentation and storage of hazardous materials.

Candidates should have 5–7 years of related experience, OSHA training within 3 years, and the ability to manage multi-state operations. The position requires lifting up to 50 lbs, following safety procedures, and effective communication with team members

Competenze

• Education: High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
• 5–7 years of facility maintenance experience.
• OSHA safety training within past 3 years (30 hours).
• Ability to follow safety procedures and verbal directions.
• Must lift 50 lbs. and work in an office setting.

Mansioni

• Loads and unloads HAZMAT materials onto/off trucks with padding and ropes.
• Conducts quarterly reviews of all facilities.
• Forward training certificates to the COR.
• Submit quarterly material inventory reports to the P2 Division.
• Identify and maintain all hazardous material storage locations.
