Job summary

You will load and unload, log service data, collect payments or signatures, verify paperwork, and navigate routes using truck delivery computers and maps. A safety-first mindset and adherence to DOT rules are essential.

Qualifications

• Class B Commercial Driver’s License with HazMat and Tanker endorsements is required.
• DOT Medical Card required.
• Air Brake Endorsement required.

Responsibilities

• Follow safety procedures when transporting hazardous materials.
• Perform pre-trip vehicle checks and ensure safety equipment is functional.
• Maintain logs of vehicle service and compliance with regulations.
• Obtain receipts or signatures and collect payment when required.
• Verify load documents for accuracy and completeness.
• Drive trucks over 3 tons to deliver products to customers.
• Report vehicle defects, accidents or violations immediately.
• Plan routes using maps and truck delivery equipment.
• Load/unload trucks and operate loading-related equipment as needed.
