Job summary

Christensen, Inc. seeks a Fuel Delivery Driver to perform timely fuel deliveries to client facilities from the Seattle office. You will adhere to DOT regulations, complete tanker and hazmat requirements, and maintain accurate delivery records and logs.

This safety-sensitive position offers health benefits, a 401(k), paid time off, and a $7,500 sign-on bonus based on experience. Candidates must have a valid CDL with tanker, hazmat endorsements, and be willing to work irregular shifts.

Qualifications

• Valid Class A or B driver’s license with tanker, combination, and hazmat endorsements.
• Minimum of 2 years’ commercial driving experience preferred but not required.
• Able to read, write and perform simple math; read maps and road signs; maintain duty logs.
• Working knowledge of vehicle safety systems and DOT regulations.
• Available for around-the-clock trips and irregular shifts.
• Must meet US DOT medical standards and pass drug testing; alcohol test if applicable.

Responsibilities

• Deliver fuel to client facilities according to daily schedules.
• Perform pre- and post-trip inspections and report mechanical issues.
• Dip tanks at delivery to verify inventory and safety levels.
• Maintain accurate delivery records and daily logs.
• Communicate with dispatch on issues and safety concerns.
• Maintain relationships with office staff and respond promptly.
• Return logs and receipts after each shift; report spills or incidents.
