Job summary

Christensen Inc. is seeking Fuel Delivery Drivers to operate out of Seattle, delivering fuel to client facilities and maintaining strong client relationships. The role requires adhering to schedules, performing vehicle pre/post inspections, and ensuring compliance with DOT standards.

qualified candidates will have a CDL with tanker and hazmat endorsements, be able to manage logs, and handle irregular shifts. A $7,500 sign-on bonus is offered depending on experience.

Qualifications

• Valid Class A or B CDL with tanker, hazmat endorsements.
• 2+ years commercial driving preferred.
• Knowledge of DOT regulations, hours of service, inspection and maintenance.
• Ability to read, write and perform basic math.
• Must pass drug and alcohol tests.
• Flexible for irregular shifts / around-the-clock trips.

Responsibilities

• Adhere to delivery schedules set forth by dispatch.
• Perform daily pre- and post-trip of the truck and report issues.
• Dip tanks to verify inventory and safety levels.
• Maintain delivery/purchase logs from stop to stop.
• Communicate with management/dispatch on client issues.
• Maintain relationships with office personnel and respond promptly.
• Return daily log sheets and delivery receipts after each shift.
• Report spills and incidents to Operations.
