Qualifications

• Valid CDL Class A with Hazmat endorsement.
• Clean driving record.
• Experience operating a water truck or driving in a construction environment preferred.
• Ability to safely operate heavy equipment in active job sites.
• Must pass a pre-employment physical, drug/alcohol screen, and background check.
• Willing to travel and work out of town when required.
• Willing to work overtime, nights, and weekends as needed.
• Must be punctual with a strong work ethic and dependable attendance.
• Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Operate a water truck to support paving crews with dust control, compaction, and job site safety.
• Safely load, transport, and distribute water at job sites.
• Communicate regularly with dispatcher, supervisors, and crew members.
• Ensure a safe work environment following all company safety policies and procedures.
• Report to assigned job sites and complete daily work orders as required.
• Perform daily inspections and basic maintenance checks on the truck and equipment.
• Maintain accurate truck logs and time records.
• Assist crew when water truck operation is not required.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
