Job summary

Environmental Restoration LLC seeks an Environmental Laborer based in Garner, NC to assist with hazardous waste cleanup, site remediation, equipment decontamination, and handling of hazardous materials. The role requires on-call 24/7 availability and travel will be required.

Ideal candidates will pass pre-employment screenings, be legally eligible to work in the United States, and be willing to obtain OSHA certification. OSHA 40-hour hazwoper experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• Pass pre-employment drug screening, criminal background check, and physical exam.
• Legally eligible to work in the United States (E-Verify).
• Willingness to obtain OSHA (40 hour) Certification.
• Ability to work on an on-call basis as business needs require.
• Ability to work in physically intensive role and confined spaces.
• Ability to wear a respirator.

Responsibilities

• Ensures Health and Safety is the number one goal by following PROS – Pause, Review, Observe, Start.
• Performs non-emergency and emergency response activities related to biological and chemical materials.
• Labor intensive activities in all weather conditions throughout the shift.
• Works in confined spaces, at heights, and in areas with low clearances.
• Operates light and heavy equipment including skid steers, forklifts, and pressure washers.
• Performs routine inspection and preventive maintenance on equipment.
• Warehouse maintenance, stock supplies, building maintenance.
• Must be on-call 24/7 for emergency responses.
• Travel is required.
• Maintain excellent driving history.

We are currently seeking an Environmental Laborer to be based out of Garner, NC to assist with hazardous waste clean-up, site-remediation, equipment decontamination and handling of hazardous materials.

Key Responsibilities

• Ensures Health and Safety is the number one goal by following PROS – Pause, Review, Observe, Start
