Triumvirate Environmental is seeking a Class A CDL Driver for our San Leandro, CA team. You will safely transport hazardous and non-hazardous materials, ensuring compliance with local, state, and federal regulations.

This role operates Class A vehicles, performs inspections, maintains digital logs, and follows safety policies. The Driver reports to the Transportation Manager and engages in ongoing training to stay current with industry standards.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Valid Class A Commercial Driver's License required.
• Proficiency in manual transmission vehicles.
• Strong commitment to safety and environmental compliance.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Must be willing to consent to background checks and drug screening.
• Must be able to lift 60 pounds regularly.
• Flexible hours and overtime may be required.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate and drive commercial vehicles including tractor trailers, tankers, roll-offs, and box trucks.
• Transport hazardous and non-hazardous waste materials to disposal or recycling facilities.
• Conduct pre-trip and post-trip inspections and maintain vehicle safety.
• Maintain accurate digital logs and comply with DOT regulations.
• Complete manifest paperwork and communicate with dispatch, supervisors, and clients.
• Assist with loading/unloading and secure loads for safe transport.
• Participate in ongoing training and regulatory updates.
