Job summary
Triumvirate Environmental is seeking a Class A CDL Driver for our San Leandro, CA team. You will safely transport hazardous and non-hazardous materials, conduct inspections, maintain logs, and adhere to safety policies.
The driver reports to the Transportation Manager and will interact with dispatch and clients to ensure timely delivery. We offer strong safety training, competitive benefits including health, dental and vision, a 401k, tuition reimbursement, and opportunities for career
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Valid Class A CDL required.
- Experience driving manual transmissions preferred.
Responsibilities
- Safely operate and drive commercial vehicles in compliance with regulations.
- Transport hazardous and non-hazardous materials to disposal or recycling facilities.
- Perform pre-trip and post-trip inspections.
- Maintain digital logs and comply with DOT regulations.
- Complete manifest paperwork accurately.
- Communicate with dispatch, supervisors and clients to ensure timely deliveries.
- Assist with loading/unloading as needed.
- Secure loads for safe transportation.
- Participate in ongoing safety training and development.
