Job summary

R.S. Hughes Company, Inc. is seeking a Warehouse Associate II to support daily warehouse logistics, including order fulfillment, receiving, and shipping. The role emphasizes accuracy, safety, and adherence to company policies.

Responsibilities include inventory management, cycle counts, and operating forklift and other warehouse equipment. The candidate should have 2–5 years of warehouse experience and Hazmat/Forklift certifications as applicable.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• 2–5 years of full warehouse duties experience.
• Hazmat and forklift certifications are required or preferred as noted in qualifications.

Responsibilities

• Fulfill orders accurately by pulling from warehouse shelves based on item number and quantity.
• Receive and unload shipments, log items into ERP, and perform cycle counts to ensure inventory accuracy.
• Ship, label, and prepare orders; handle hazardous and non-hazardous items per OSHA and internal protocols.
