Job summary

Linde plc is seeking a CDL driver to deliver products across Minnesota. Expect 10–12 stops daily, touching freight, and completing required paperwork. You will conduct pre-trip and post-trip inspections, identify maintenance needs, and ensure DOT hazmat compliance.

Build strong relationships with customers while growing knowledge of Linde’s operations and services. Requirements include a high school diploma or GED, 21+ years old, two years driving experience or Truck Driving School

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED; proficient in reading and writing English.
• Two years of consecutive driving experience or recent Truck Driving School certification with valid CDL.
• Must be 21 years or older.
• Hazmat endorsement on CDL or obtain within 60 days of hire.
• No preventable accidents, license suspensions, or moving violations in past 2 years.
• No alcohol-related convictions within last 10 years.
• Must pass DOT physical and obtain medical certificate.
• Able to push, pull, move, and lift a minimum of 75 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Deliver products to customers, averaging 10–12 stops per day; handle freight and complete paperwork.
• Accurately count and record quantities and styles delivered and picked up.
• Comply with DOT regulations for hazardous material shipping orders and papers.
• Complete pre-trip and post-trip inspections; identify needed vehicle maintenance.
• Build relationships with internal and external customers to meet business goals.
• Continuously deepen knowledge of Linde’s operations to support growth.
