Job summary

Harcros Chemicals seeks a Chemical Worker/Driver to safely transport hazardous and non-hazardous products, support warehouse operations, and perform routine vehicle inspections. The role requires adherence to DOT and company safety regulations, accurate documentation, and strong customer service as you move materials between vendors, company facilities, and customer locations.

Qualifications

Requires High school diploma or GED.
Minimum of two years of driving/warehouse/logistics experience or equivalent.
CDL with HazMat and Tanker endorsements.
Ability to pass a DOT physical examination.
Strong reading comprehension of shipping documents and safety procedures.
Commitment to safety and regulatory compliance.

Responsibilities

Safely transport hazardous and non-hazardous materials in compliance with regulations and company standards.
Read and interpret customer orders, shipping documents, and bills of lading.
Conduct pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections and complete reports.
Pickup products from vendors and deliver to facilities or customer locations.
Maintain accurate driver logs and regulatory documentation.
Load/unload trucks and operate forklifts as needed.
Assist with hazardous waste handling and regulatory recordkeeping.
Support warehouse operations and maintain a clean, organized work environment.
