Job summary

Clean Harbors in West Phoenix, AZ is seeking a Class A CDL Driver to operate a variety of heavy and light trucks at customer sites, including vacuum trucks and roll-offs. You will perform driving and non-driving duties on and off-site to support hazardous waste cleanup. Starting pay is $27-$29 per hour.

Qualifications

• Valid Class A CDL required.
• Hazmat and Tanker endorsements required.
• Ability to operate a manual transmission.
• Ability to use mobile devices.
• Must pass background check, drug test, and physical as applicable.

Responsibilities

• Operate a variety of Class A trucks on customer sites and off-site.
• Perform loading and unloading of trucks and related equipment.
• Assist field laborers and support team in a safe, compliant manner.
• Maintain daily logs and reports per DOT and company rules.
• Ensure proper placarding and adherence to safety and regulatory requirements.
• Be on-call for emergency response on rotating basis.
• Support site remediation and handling of hazardous materials as needed.
