Job summary

Clean Harbors in Davenport, IA seeks a Class A CDL Driver to operate a variety of heavy and light trucks at customer sites, supporting hazardous waste cleanup. You'll perform driving and non-driving duties on and off-site, ensuring safety and regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

• Valid Class A CDL is required.
• Hazmat and Tanker endorsements within 90 days of employment.
• Ability to use various mobile devices on the job.
• Must be able to perform physical functions per job requirements.
• Pass background check, drug test, and fitness assessment as applicable.
• Comply with OSHA Respiratory Protection Standard requirements.

Responsibilities

• Operate commercial trucks and assist field laborers when needed.
• Operate a variety of Class A trucks and load/unload cargo.
• Perform on-site manual labor to meet customer needs.
• Placard vehicles per DOT and company rules.
• Maintain daily logs, time sheets, and reports.
• On-call for emergency response on a rotating basis; support site remediation.

Valid Class A CDL
