Clean Harbors in Sanford, FL is seeking a Class A CDL Driver (Hazmat) to operate a variety of heavy and light duty trucks at customer sites, performing driving and non-driving duties during hazardous waste cleanup.

Qualifications

• Valid Class A CDL is required.
• Hazmat and Tanker endorsements within 90 days.
• Ability to use various mobile devices.
• Physically able to perform job duties.
• Background check, drug test, and medical exam per position.
• OSHA respirator facial hair standards.

Responsibilities

• Operate commercial trucks and assist field laborers.
• Drive a variety of Class A trucks.
• Load and unload trucks.
• Perform manual labor on site to meet customer needs.
• Placard vehicles to meet DOT requirements.
• Maintain daily logs and time sheets.
• Comply with local, state and federal regulations.
• Be on call for emergency response on a rotating basis.
• Handle hazardous materials and site remediation as needed.
