Job summary

Eetdbuyersguide is seeking a CDL Class A driver with HazMat to join our field operations supporting natural gas delivery. You will operate heavy tractors, perform safety inspections, manage documentation, and ensure timely, compliant service at customer sites.

Extensive travel and outdoor work in all weather are expected. The role requires 5+ years of CDL A experience, HazMat/Tank endorsements, and the ability to pass DOT physicals and drug tests. Strong communication helps success.

Qualifications

• CDL Class A with HazMat and Tank endorsements.
• 5+ years of CDL Class A driving experience.
• Ability to pass DOT physical examination and drug tests.
• Keen sense of smell.
• Strong written and oral communication skills.
• Willingness to travel and work outdoors in all weather.

Responsibilities

• Operate a heavy duty truck and hitch/pull associated equipment safely and reliably.
• Perform yard work / station maintenance as needed.
• Deliver compressed and/or liquefied natural gas and related equipment to customer locations in a timely manner.
• Conduct pre-trip and post-trip safety inspections of vehicle and equipment.
• Document inspection findings and actions taken for any exceptions.
• Prepare and maintain all required documentation and endorsements for hazardous material drivers.
• Observe traffic rules and defensive driving.
• Recordkeeping of deliveries by time and quantity.
