Job summary

Maine Oxy is hiring a HazMat Class B Driver for local, full-time routes in Milford, MA. The role offers hourly pay with overtime and a $5,000 sign-on bonus. You will handle cylinders and safety paperwork, and you’ll be home every night with predictable schedules.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• At least 1 year of driving experience or training in the past 4 years.
• Clean driving record with no at-fault accidents or moving violations in the past 3 years.
• HazMat endorsement and ability to meet DOT physical qualifications.
• Able to read Safety Data Sheets and perform basic computer order entry.

Responsibilities

• Deliver cylinders and hard goods on local routes and return empties.
• Perform pre-trip and post-trip inspections and document issues.
• Maintain accurate load manifests and vehicle paperwork.
• Build strong customer relationships and anticipate cylinder needs.
• Operate forklift, pallet jack, and other warehouse equipment.
• Follow DOT and OSHA regulations and keep the truck clean.
