Job summary

Clean Harbors in Santa Ana, CA is seeking a Class B CDL Driver to operate a variety of trucks at customer sites and perform hazardous waste clean-up.

This role requires a valid Class B CDL with hazmat and passenger endorsements, willingness to obtain Hep B vaccination, and attendance at a paid two-week out-of-state academy. The position offers a $26/hour base with a $5K sign-on bonus, comprehensive health benefits after 30 days, a 401K match and tuition reimbursement.

Qualifications

• Must hold a valid Class B CDL with hazmat and passenger endorsements.
• Ability to operate and load/unload various Class B trucks.
• Able to pass background check, drug test, and physical.
• Willing to obtain Hep B vaccination if not already.
• Able to attend a paid two-week out-of-state training academy.

Responsibilities

• Operate Class B trucks and assist field laborers.
• Load and unload trucks and perform safe vehicle operations.
• Maintain logs and ensure DOT compliance.
• Ensure health and safety at all times.
• Be on-call for emergency response on rotating basis.
• Remediation and handling of hazardous materials.
