Clean Harbors in Bishopville, SC is seeking a Class A CDL Driver to operate heavy and light trucks at customer sites, including vacuum trucks, Cuscos, guzzlers, and roll offs, for hazardous waste cleanup. Requires a valid Class A CDL with Hazmat and Tanker endorsements within 90 days.

You will load/unload, log daily activities, and ensure compliance with DOT and company guidelines. On-call emergency response and site remediation are part of the role.

Qualifications

• Valid Class A CDL is required.
• Hazmat and Tanker endorsements within 90 days of employment.
• Ability to use various mobile devices.
• Perform physical functions per job requirements.
• Successfully complete a background check, drug test, and physical, by position.
• Per OSHA's Respiratory Protection Standard, facial hair rules apply for respirator use.

Responsibilities

• Operate commercial trucks and assist field laborers as part of a team.
• Load and unload trucks and perform on-site duties.
• Operate a variety of Class A trucks.
• Maintain daily logs, time sheets, and reports.
• Follow all DOT, local, state and federal regulations and company guidelines.
• On-call for emergency response on a rotating basis; site remediation and handling of hazardous materials.
