Arcwood Environmental in Livonia, MI is seeking a 10-Day Warehouse Logistics Coordinator (Facility Shipping) to maintain compliance at the hazardous waste facility while coordinating inbound and outbound trailers. This onsite role runs Monday–Friday, 8am–5pm, with a focus on safety, efficiency, and accurate documentation.

The ideal candidate has 2+ years in warehouse shipping and forklift experience, and can manage loading/unloading, inventory, and customer communications reliably.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of warehouse shipping experience.
• 2+ years forklift experience (sit-down forklift).
• Ability to maintain safety and compliance.

Responsibilities

• Maintain compliance at the 10-Day hazardous waste facility and coordinate inbound/outbound trailers.
• Manage inbound and outbound trailers and ensure proper loading of trucks.
• Prepare customer shipping documents and ensure labeling, placarding, and documentation are accurate.
• Support Customer Experience with data entry, order entry, and updating customer files.
• Perform daily inspections and maintain the 10-Day tracking log.
