Responsibilities

• Provide environmental compliance and hazardous waste handling services as directed.
• Pick-up, delivery, and transportation of Heavy Hazardous Waste Drums.
• Use a drum dolly to move containerized waste.
• Operate a forklift and other equipment.
• Conduct inspections of all containers at Waste Facility.
• Take samples of waste for chemical analysis.
• Conduct inventories and audits.

Job description

Your Key Responsibilities

• Provide environmental compliance and hazardous waste handling services as directed IAW Air Force Instruction, local HW Management Plan, and federal and state regulations
• Pick-up, delivery, and transportation of Heavy Hazardous Waste Drums to/from designated sites in all weather conditions
• Use a drum dolly to move containerized waste
• Operate a forklift, gasoline powered pump, pressure washer, and flatbed pickup
• Conduct both visual and documented inspections of all containers at Waste Facility
• Take samples of waste for chemical analysis
• Conduct inventories and audits
• Other duties as assigned by Supervisor
