Job summary

Apache Industrial is seeking an Abatement Superintendent to lead on-site crews during asbestos, mold, lead, and other hazardous removals. You will supervise General Foremen and Foremen, coordinate safety programs, review contract documents, and ensure work progresses on schedule and within budget.

The role requires strong field leadership, excellent organization, and a solid knowledge of safety policies. A valid Asbestos Supervisor certification is preferred and a valid driver's license is

Qualifications

• Must have extensive asbestos abatement knowledge and safety training.
• Experience supervising foremen on hazardous-removal projects.
• Proven ability to coordinate multiple trades and maintain schedules.
• Strong reading of prints and specifications for site work.
• Maintains compliance with safety policies and procedures.

Responsibilities

• Read prints, specs, and instructions to perform duties.
• Heavy lifting and physical tasks as required.
• Kneel, squat, and climb as part of job tasks.
• Work in confined spaces with breathing equipment when needed.
• Comply with all safety policies and programs.
• Maintain reliable attendance and a clean, safe work environment.
• Wear PPE as required and supervise crew members.
• Attend job walks and provide pricing documentation as requested.
