We’re rapidly expanding our hazardous waste division and looking for high-performing sales talent to drive growth and support our mission of safer healthcare environments.
Position Summary:
As a Hazardous Outbound Account Executive, you’ll play a critical role in generating net-new revenue from outbound sales efforts. You’ll connect with healthcare providers, uncover their regulatory waste needs, and deliver customized hazardous and biohazardous waste solutions that help them reduce risk, save money, and stay compliant.
If you're a proactive prospector who thrives on creating opportunities, closing deals, and making a tangible impact in a high-growth organization, this is the role for you.
- Outbound Prospecting: Initiate and manage high-volume outbound sales efforts via cold calls, email campaigns, LinkedIn, and industry networking.
- Targeted Outreach: Identify and engage healthcare organizations with hazardous/regulated waste management needs—focusing on clinics, hospitals, and multi-location providers.
- Solution Selling: Present tailored solutions emphasizing regulatory compliance (RCRA, DOT, OSHA), risk mitigation, cost savings, and sustainability.
- Full Sales Cycle Ownership: Own the process from discovery and qualification through to closing, then hand off to onboarding/customer success teams.
- Pipeline Management: Maintain accurate prospecting activities and deal flow in CRM platforms such as Salesforce or HubSpot.
- Cross-Team Collaboration: Work closely with internal operations, compliance, and customer success teams to ensure seamless implementation and client satisfaction.
- Market Insight: Stay up to date on hazardous waste regulations and healthcare compliance trends to speak credibly with stakeholders.
- 2+ years of B2B outbound sales experience, preferably in healthcare, environmental services, or compliance-driven industries
- Demonstrated ability to prospect, pitch, and close new business in a consultative sales process
- Strong understanding of hazardous waste, medical waste, or regulated industry markets (preferred)
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas in high-activity environments
- Exceptional communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
- Familiarity with CRMs (Salesforce, HubSpot), sales automation tools, and Microsoft Office
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred—but not required with relevant experience
- $75K – $100K+ OTE (base salary + uncapped commission structure)
- Comprehensive health, dental, and vision insurance
- Generous paid time off (PTO) and holiday schedule
- Career development programs and advancement opportunities
- Supportive, collaborative team culture that celebrates wins and fosters professional growth
