Qualifications

• Code 14 EC license with PDP and Hazchem certification required.
• Minimum 5 years in bulk transport with 3+ years handling hazmat.
• Thorough knowledge of Dangerous Goods Regulations and safety.

Responsibilities

• Operate bulk transport vehicles (tankers) safely around Welkom.
• Ensure compliance with all hazmat transport regulations.
• Perform pre-trip, en-route, and post-trip inspections.
• Plan routes with safety and delivery timelines in mind.
• Load/unload bulk materials following strict protocols.
• Maintain logs and incident reports; respond to emergencies.
• Communicate delivery status with dispatch and clients.
