Job summary

You will evaluate model responses against a policy standard and write the reference answers with technical reasoning. This role is writing-intensive and requires clear justification for judgments by a non-specialist.

Qualifications

• Experience identifying hazardous compounds and understanding detection limits.
• Proven ability to write clear, testable rationales for non-specialists.
• Experience in red-teaming or domain-adversarial evaluation is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop challenging prompts across benign, dual-use, and adversarial categories.
