Qualifications

• Four years of administrative staff or professional work experience (or equivalent education substitution).
• One year of experience assisting external partners with grant applications and one year of project management skills.
• Strong communication, presentation, organizational, and writing skills.
• Preferred: Certified Floodplain Manager or Certified Emergency Manager certification.
• Preferred: One year experience coordinating inter-agency meetings and identifying public, private, and non-profit partnerships.
